SBF INFRA

Our plant boasts a state-of-the-art fabrication facility equipped with advanced machinery to ensure precision and quality. With a large factory area and a production capacity of 22,000 MT per annum, the plant houses cutting-edge equipment including CNC Cutting and Drilling Machines, Automatic I/H Fit-Up and Double Headed Saw Welding Machines, H-Beam Straightening, End Face Milling, Semi-Automatic Saw, MIG and Stud Welding Machines and Airless Spray Painting Machines. These high-performance machines are made in countries like Japan and Taiwan, enabling superior fabrication standards. This modern setup supports SBF Infra’s commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure solutions with unmatched efficiency and accuracy.

Jaipur Unit

Our new plant unit at Jaipur-Rajasthan is an extension of our existing plant (situated in Sri Ganganagar) has a massive capacity of 22000 MT/annum. The plant is dedicated towards fabrication of bridges. A few of the bridges types that we fabricate here are Open web Girders, Composite Steel Girders, Bow-string Girders, etc. The plant also contains a separate Surface Cleaning and Painting Yard. Strategically located for efficient logistics, this facility strengthens our operational capabilities, enabling the timely execution of complex infrastructure works with a focus on safety, quality and innovation.

SBF Infra’s Sri Ganganagar plant is a well-equipped fabrication facility featuring a covered workspace of 2,000 square meters. With a production capacity of 1,800 MT per annum, the plant supports a wide range of infrastructure fabrication projects. Designed for efficiency and precision, the facility operates with advanced machinery and skilled personnel to maintain high-quality standards.
